    Good knowledge and communication

    We used Ads for a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) application and would highly recommend him. From the outset he took time to walk us through the process clearly, making what can be a confusing planning matter feel straightforward. He presented several options for how to approach the application and was happy to discuss alternatives when we had questions or concerns. We’re very pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Ads again for future work.

    Great service all round!

    I had a fantastic experience working with this architectural practice on my rear and side extension. They guided me through both the planning and building control applications with total professionalism and patience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they explained every step clearly so I always felt in control.
