  Design Package and Costings

  Me and my partner are looking to have two semi detached chalet bungalows built and had no clue what we needed to do. We contacted Adam at Sapper Architectural to help guide us step by step on what happens at each stage, give us costings on each part of the project and made us a complete design package. He would even be liaising with our local council and building control on our behalf. To say how kind, helpful and knowledgeable Adam is would be an understatement. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and we couldn’t rate him highly enough!

  Adam helped me through the building control application process by producing detail designs that covered all current standards and regulations. He also provided me with structural engineer support and handed all the correspondence with the building inspectors. I would highly recommend his services.

  I don't normally leave reviews, however after working with Adam, I felt that I had to leave a review based on the outstanding quality of work and attention to detail. It was great to work with such a professional and approachable firm, given that I’ve never been through the process of designing an extension before. Adam took my very simple idea and it turned into a sleek and modern reality. I couldn’t be happier with the Sapper Architectural team, they were easy to speak to throughout, and discussed ideas for improvement through the whole process. I would recommend the team 100%
