Luke and Ed laid a perfect patio Taking great care and keeping us informed

We had a brilliant experience throughout working with Santos who recently completed our new patio. It was clear from the first meeting with Luke that he was passionate about his trade, making sure things were done properly with attention to detail. He pointed out aspects to consider which others hadn’t. Through the building the work was very tidy with great communication, we really appreciated how open the team were to our requests and last minute changes! We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend if you are considering a new patio or drive!

Luke and Ed completely transformed our front garden and driveway; digging out the old 1960s drive and lawn, replacing with block paving, edged with plant beds and borders (for us to plant). We were so impressed with their meticulous attention to detail and quality of work. Their advice and communication throughout was great. Always professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be having them back to do our garden patio. Highly recommended. Many thanks guys!

Great from start to finish, excellent communication and they kept us informed all the way through the job with updates. Made sure area was clean and tidy after each day on the job. We have had some bad experiences in the past with tradesman but it’s good to know there are still excellent professionals out there like Luke and his team. Can’t recommend them enough.
