I would like to say I opted to use Heat expert after meeting Tom for a consultation on a complete upgrade to our heating system. I found his approach both knowledgeable and professional and was instantly impressed with how he explained exactly what would be required and how they would approach the job. The property I am in is awkward to work on due to restricted access in the loft, but the team removed a 20 year old boiler along with all the tanks and pipework, and replaced it with a new combi boiler and hive system. From the moment Tom came through the door until our boiler was installed, the communication, service and workmanship was fantastic. I got four quotes for my boiler and Tom was head and shoulders above the others. The guy who did the majority of the installation was polite and friendly. Having contacted several plumbers, I couldn’t even get a quote for a new boiler. Thankfully my friend recommended HeatXpert and they were brilliant from start to finish, gave me a quote quickly and efficiently and even installed my boiler a week later (the week before Christmas).
