Scratched almost every single window in the process of sanding the old paint off, which could be looked past if they’d even done a good job at painting the frames. Looks like they forgot to sand some places they’d filled and almost 2 months later the paint is already flaking off most frames. Lazy, left rubbish and fag ends everywhere as well- which again could be looked past if they’d done a good job.

I’m sorry to hear you still feel unhappy. As discussed, we returned and rectified all items that were raised as needing attention.
Due to the condition and age of the windows, light surface scratches were unavoidable. I did explain during the survey that the windows ideally needed replacing, and you agreed with this, however your landlord requested that they were refreshed instead.
We prepared them to the highest standard achievable for their condition – stripping back as far as possible, treating, priming, undercoating and applying the topcoat. Any areas where peeling has occur
