S&S home improvements replaced my soffits,gutters and facias recently the work being carried out over two and a half days in a clean and tidy way with all stages explained fully,any extras work which needed doing in the process was done. The crew worked in a methodical way cleaning up as the work progressed .The finished job was excellent and professionally done and would recommend them to friends and family, Our thanks go to Alfie and the boys Mr G

Oafie and Albert came round to investigate how water could be coming into our house via the dormer. He was extremely thorough and fully video'd & explained what he found, as well as filling in 2 holes in a slate which had been put in upside down by the dormer builder / previous roofer. His videos of before and after were great, and he also tested the valley with a jug of water, poured at pace. We know what work might be required but initally, he told us to wait & see if his free fix has worked. Oafie's livelihood comes from fixing other builders' bodges. I'd definitely be wanting him back.

This is the second time we have used S & S Home Improvements and have no hesitation in recommending as Oathie and teams are very professional, non pushy and explain everything required to complete the job. As some parts of our work were unknown Oathie videod to show the deteriorating and the additional work required. Due to the urgency of the roof repair before the cold wet weather comes in, extra help was pulled from other work to complete as soon as possible with no hesitation from his team, there were all so polite, accommodating and clean up after themselves. From the time of my first enquiry until the job was done, S&S engaged carefully and effectively with what we needed and how they could best provide it. This wasn't just a standard refit or replacement, as the job included some awkward remedial work. Communication was excellent throughout.
