The previous cowl partly came off in a storm and Lee went on the roof and took photos of the old one and showed them to me. The previous installer had not fitted it correctly due to very poor workmanship. Lee rendered the top of the chimney stack and installed the cowl correctly assuring me it would not come off again.

Friendly professional efficient

It took two and a half days to complete and was left tidy. Lee explained what needed doing and why. I am satisfied with the completed job.

Explained everything really clearly and did not push us to accept the job. Gave a sensible quote and communicated well. Turned up on time and did the job very professionally, showing me photos of before, during and after. I have complete confidence in his work and would certainly use again - excellent service!

Quick and efficient, guttering replaced as was being forced apart where middle joiner was in heavy rain. I am watching every time it rains hard. Seems to have sorted the problem, good advice to replace with deeper guttering.

Quick and efficient, old guttering taken away. More substantial hi cap guttering put in view of size of roof. The real test will be when we next have heavy rain. I am assured it will work well with no leaks.
