Lee arrived at a reasonable hour in the morning, asked me to confirm what needed to be done, got on with the job in hand, explained what was needed to be done, got on and did the job very neatly, removed all debris and tidied up and washed down where required. Explained to me that one of the smaller ridges, would possibly need looking at, but not needed yet, so no pressure. He also, as a gesture cleaned out some residue moss in the two of the valleys. Impressed with his attitude & neatness, I will be using him again next year. would definitely recommend

This experienced contractor was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the problem. Plus, before fully starting the job he showed me how the water was pooling in sunken rotting pockets of felt between rotting battens. This was really reassuring as other companies had come up with many other unsubstantiated suggestions. He worked tirelessly all day with minimal intrusion and cleaned up well at the end. He was extremely polite and kept me updated as the work progressed. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

The previous cowl partly came off in a storm and Lee went on the roof and took photos of the old one and showed them to me. The previous installer had not fitted it correctly due to very poor workmanship. Lee rendered the top of the chimney stack and installed the cowl correctly assuring me it would not come off again.
