I needed a replacement tap at the kitchen sink, plus some advice on another couple of plumbing issues. Therem was no hesitation in recommendations for future projects also an honest answer on one of the projects that they wouldn't be happy undertaking.
After all this they then helped me with information regarding my wifi supply......

Steve has been amazing, he’s helpful, responsive and knowledgable. A really kind decent man. I was in trouble with a leaking tap he helped me quickly and efficiently. This is the third time Steve has assisted me at this property for other queries where the boiler lost pressure and spoke to us over the phone to resolve queries. I won’t hesitate to use him and I continue to recommend him on local groups who ask for plumbing and heating recommendations.
