We are absolutely over the moon with the work Scott and Keith did for us converting our garage into a kitchen diner, utility and downstairs toilet. They explained every step, provided advice, and sourced items for us, saving us money and hassle. They were both really friendly, professional and did everything in great time despite numerous issues with our kitchen supplier during which they remained professional and supported us in resolving the issues. The finish is excellent and great value for money. We would really recommend Scott and Keith.

Employed Keith and Scott again for additional upgrading works to my property after the sucessful Utility Fit-out undertaken last year. Pretty much left everything to the lads including supply of the sanitaryware, new drop ceiling, flooring, wall panelling, etc. Choices agreed with all products of a high standard. Works went as originally programmed with any issues addressed efficiently. End result looks great with room functioning far more effectively. As with previous works carried out on the house great attention to detail.

Keith and Scott carried out an excellent job with the redesign of the Utility area and cloakroom at my property. There attention to detail could not be faulted and the works were completed exactly on time, At the end of each day the work spaces were left tidy with disruption kept to a minimum, especially working around my disabled wife who required regular access to those areas of the house affected by the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending S&J Property Services to both family and friends.

Scott and Keith did an excellent job renovating our bathroom after building a guest toilet for us two years prior. They created our vision excellently and were very accommodating of changes along the way. They're lovely and brilliant at what they do. We highly recommend them!
