  Sandhurst staff were unfailingly friendly, reliable, and keen to keep me informed and consult with me on any issues arising during the works. The project manager was extremely thorough, with painstaking attention to detail, and the negotiations on the price and final account were fair and transparent. Workmanship was excellent in some trades, slightly less so in others but never less than very good. The plumbing side of the company collaborated seamlessly with the construction side on new partitions, joinery, flooring and replacement of all doors. Overall it was a very satisfying project.

  Total bathroom refurb, new boiler and build outside cupboard

  Every person that came in to do the bathroom refurb (including new boiler) was amazing and so professional. Talked us through every step so no unexpected surprise's. I would honestly recommend this company to carry out any plumbing works. Quality is top notch. Arrived on time every day and were so polite, tidy and knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble.

  Installation of front garden tap

  Best Plumber in London! Very high quality work and efficient company and crew. I had a tap in the front garden installed. All plumbing have been hidden underneath existing floor boards and behind the interior window surround. They took up 160 year old floor boards twice (once for the initial survey the second for the installation itself). All floorboards are intact and not a scratch is found. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

  Replacement gas boiler

  I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

  Flush drain.

  The engineer telephone me 5 minutes before arrival to tell me he was on his way. I explained the problem and he immediately set to work explaining what he was going to do. He did an excellent job and when finished tidied and cleaned everything. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I was sent me a full report of everything that had been done and what had been found. I found the price quoted was exactly what I was paid.
