Chris was professional and courteous from start to finish. He was meticulous in nailing down all the variables in the brief and executed it with absolute precision, sticking to a set timetable. The communications and quality of work were fantastic. Would definitely use him again.

It’s not often I take a chance on any trades person without recommendation but something made me want to work with sanders construction when it came to refurbishing my shop. Chris works extremely diligently and is a true master of his craft. Every detail was done with extreme precision and even after facing complications with a radiator cover he was able to build one from scratch and incorporate my panels into what is an extremely beautiful bit of woodwork. Chris works very hard and is a tradesman that chooses to go the extra mile rather than what is satisfactory.

Chris built a wooden deck for me and he did an excellent job. Good worker likeable guy. I would highly recommend him
