  I found S&D after the other building company let me down last minute. I needed someone who will refurbish my property from top to bottom. Communicating with Scott, the owner was smooth and easy. He understood exactly what my expectations were and provided easy and inexpensive solutions to the potential issues that could appear during the process. The work was carried out to the highest standard and I could not be more happy with the finish. The cost of refurbishing my place was less than the other companies quoted me and the timescale was very reasonable. S&D Bespoke exceeded my expectations.

  Repair and re-seal windows, and replace double glazing units in a couple of windows

  Scott was very easy to speak to and discuss our repair needs. He gave us straight forward quotes. I found the experience very fuss free. The person sent to do the works was very efficient friendly and again fuss free, he just got on with the work, in a very timely manner.

  Scott & team happily started and completed job. We had a few ‘small’ elements to complete and had great difficulty finding other tradesperson to do as the job wasn’t ‘big enough’ Thanks Scott & Dave. R&M

  Chimney breast removal

  Scott and his team worked on my house, reinforcing a collapsed chimney in the loft with gallows brackets and lintels. They also removed the bedroom chimney breasts and replastered the walls. The team was neat, tidy, and professional throughout the project. Scott was reliable, communicated clearly, and offered fair pricing. I would definitely use him again!

  Really easy interaction - I found Scott via this website, we exchanged some WhatsApp messages, he visited for a brief appraisal then booked the work in. I wasn’t even in the property and my house mate let Scott and his team in. The quality is excellent, everything was exactly as we agreed; would recommend.
