Sam worked hard to turn around a thoroughly worn out flat to be ready for sale. Complete redecoration, new flooring throughout and lots of other small things (door replacement, towel rail replacement, fixing up broken kitchen units and more). Basically restored the place to how it looked before (agent's words changed from 'dated' kitchen and bathroom to 'modern') without doing major renovation. Came when he said he would and stayed to quoted price. Would recommend.
