Sandbanks construction started the renovation of my property in early November 2022. We agreed on a completion date of January 16th 2023. To my surprise, they finished ahead of schedule! Throughout the process, Tony (owner) was hands-on and able to offer solutions to any problems as they arose. The Sandbanks staff were all polite, hard-working and always cleaned up at the end of the day. This turned out to be a difficult build. The house is listed and very old - but the work was done with considerable care and all the problems were solved efficiently and effectively. The overall quality of workmanship was excellent. Tony and his team constructed our complex extension to our Grade ll listed building in punctual time and dealt with the many problems he came across on our very old cottage amazingly. We had 2 different types of roof covering on our extension, one was Spanish slate and the other a single ply roof covering.
