  Absolutely spot on at what they do 10/10 service.

  We recently used sandbanks construction to carry out a loft conversion on our property. Tony and his team have done an absolute fantastic job. All of his team were polite, on time and punctual everyday. I was kept in the picture with all of the construction threw-out the build. The overall finish on the build is fantastic and I cannot rate these guys high enough if your looking for a focused team who are friendly polite and superb at what they do please do consider Tony and his team.

  Apartment renovation

  Sandbanks construction started the renovation of my property in early November 2022. We agreed on a completion date of January 16th 2023. To my surprise, they finished ahead of schedule! Throughout the process, Tony (owner) was hands-on and able to offer solutions to any problems as they arose. The Sandbanks staff were all polite, hard-working and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandbanks Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, professional builder.

  New kitchen/diner extension and double storey extension to include utility room and en-suite

  This turned out to be a difficult build. The house is listed and very old - but the work was done with considerable care and all the problems were solved efficiently and effectively. The overall quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the results and plan to use this firm again to construct a garden room.

  Roof covering for our extension

  Tony and his team constructed our complex extension to our Grade ll listed building in punctual time and dealt with the many problems he came across on our very old cottage amazingly. We had 2 different types of roof covering on our extension, one was Spanish slate and the other a single ply roof covering. We cannot fault any of the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend Sandbanks Roofing or Sandbanks Groundworks and Construction.
