  This was our first time ever doing significant work on our house so we were nervous, but we were lucky to find S&A who made the process as smooth as possible.   Major domestic renovation and construction project

  S&A were recommended to us by a friend, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Over the past few months they have painstakingly repaired and improved our near-derelict 1920s house in Reading, starting from the foundations up. From the very beginning, Steve and Adam have been responsive, communicated clearly, and explained our options for solving complex problems. Along with their team, they work exceptionally. Work has been completed on time and within the agreed budget parameters, which inspires confidence, and where additional issues have arisen, they have been flexible.

  Basement renovation

  S&A have undertaken significant specialist work for us in digging out a floor and replacing it with a new one. This is a job which requires a lot of expertise, and you really need someone who knows what they're doing. S&A have been perfect for this job; the teams have been working solidly since they started; and they are more than willing to help solve all the unknown problems that you undoubtedly come across when you undertake such a project. Communication has been clear and regular and so far we're really pleased we used S&A.

  Garage conversion

  We are thoroughly delighted with our garage conversion, and can highly recommend S&A Building Services. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, with great communication, reliable, friendly and polite tradespeople and excellent customer service. We were always provided with timely updates as to what was happening when, with Adam making sure that we were happy at every stage. This level of communication was really important to us. Overall, the team did a fantastic job, changing our mess of a garage into a beautiful room for all the family.

  2 Storey Extension

  My extension from start to finish was stressless. Even though we were living in the house while Adam, Stephen and their team of highly qualified of workers were working relentlessly though wind, rain and snow our project. Adam kept me updated on the progress, I can not fault them. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
