This was my third job by Richard of Sancturary Interiors. A collapsed bedroom ceiling caused by an ingress of weather from a damaged roof above. By my terms a disaster with all the mental effects and attendant depression. He did not hesitate to take on restitution work and an costed estimate was with me the same evening. In spite of being very busy he agreed to fit the job into available periods. This worked very well and enabled essential drying periods for the mess above. Progress was intermittent but steady and the job finished to my complete satisfaction in just over a week.

This is the second time we've used Richard. Very professional throughout, great workmanship to an extremely high standard with great care taken over whole project. Very conscientious throughout. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Richard is a delight to work with. His professionalism shows itself in punctuality, eye in the detail, tidiness as well as his willingness to accommodate any requests that goes beyond the scope defined. The new bathroom he has left behind is perfect in every sense and one cannot expect anything better than the job he has done. We are so glad that we have selected him to perform our project.

Sanctuary Interiors refitted our bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, sink, tiling) in our 1.85m x 2.8m space. Removed a cupboard and exposed a beam, simple tasks, but the 3-4 week job stretched to 9 weeks for no apparent reason (extra tradespeople were available at short notice). The finishing was sloppy, with grout bleeding from the walls. Claimed it was our issue to resolve with the manufacturer, despite supplying and installing the materials. When we withheld final payment over the grout issue, threatened debt collectors and withdrew the 2-year guarantee, leaving us with an unusable bathroom.

Another job for me by Richard. Done with his customary zeal and skill. His personable demeanour helps to make the disruption tolerable and tidy work ethic to an extent masks it well.

Found Rick of Sanctuary Interiors on Checkatrade in January when he completely renovated my shower room - absolutely fantastic workmanship and attention. So when I needed a new kitchen sink and tap installed, Rick was the man for the job. Fantastic results yet again. Thanks Rick 😊
