My ancient gas boiler stopped working just before Christmas 2022. I contacted Sam William after a friend recommended him to me. It was terribly cold at the time and Sam very kindly gave up his Christmas Eve to install a new gas boiler for me, I was so grateful to him. He worked very efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy and the old boiler/pipe work was taken away. I would use Sam again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family.

Sam was superb from start to finish! He replied to my initial enquiry quickly and offered to visit the job only a few days later. His problem solving skills in finding the leak were immediately obvious. I was very impressed as it was not an obvious puddle of water! It's a pleasure to find a plumber who is so responsive, polite and capable. The final bill was very fair as well. Top marks! Cheers Sam :-)

High quality, very friendly, finished to a high standard. Would recommend 100%.

We noticed a leak and were unsure of location. Sam came really quickly, located the leak and then replaced the stop tap. Always polite, tidy and happy to come and diagnose as soon as he can make it. Left the kitchen and cupboard as it was when he came.
