Over the moon with the work done. Skilled, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Fair on pricing. Matt knew exactly what I wanted and completed work promptly to a high standard. Place left tidy and clean. Would definately recommend and would use again for future works.

Bespoke full height cupboard in breakfast room

Very happy with the result. Two door cupboard built with shaker style in Victorian room with uneven walls, and finished superbly around the coving. Matt is a really polite and friendly person and worked continuously throughout the day to get the job complete. Everything was neatly tidied up and cleaned before he left. Will definitely use Matt for any further jobs and highly recommend.

Matt went to the property the same day that I contacted him, the 2nd January 2020. He had given me a quote before the job has started as I did explain it as much as I could. He went and did the job then and there, job was small and luckily another job of his had been finished promptly. My customer (our tenant) said that he was very polite and helpful, so to me its a big tick. I had not expected that he would be working the day after NY and very enthusiastically he helped us, promptly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend him from my experience, and will be using his services again.

Fitted bedroom wardrobe

A fantastic job. I can not fault Matt’s work nor his personable and professional attitude. He works to a very high standard, efficiently and on time. He is very tidy in his work and no mess was left. He fitted in well around the other contractors. I will be using his services again without doubt and recommend him without reservation.

Amazing job, the finish from Matt is second to none. I can honestly say that Matt is head and shoulders above any other carpenter I have used in the past and would have absolutely no issues in recommending him.

Flooring replaced in Bathroom

Parts of our bathroom flooring was like sponge cake. We needed the remedial work done within a very specific timetable. The work consisted of: removing the bathroom suite, taking up the old vinyl flooring and chipboard and then replacing the vinyl before putting the suite back. Samways immediately understood our timetable problems and took charge of the whole process. They made arrangements for us to have new vinyl fitted immediately after the floor was replaced and then have the suite refitted. The workmen were excellent and it all went like clockwork. We would not hesitate to recommend.
