The team attended to carry out repairs to a leak on the garage roof. The standard of the leadwork and pointing was unsatisfactory, and the felt had not been correctly dressed up to the abutment. In addition, the brickwork was left in a poor condition. The team was subsequently asked to return to address these issues; however, the remedial works resulted in a further decline in the overall standard of workmanship. As there is an ongoing case, I am unable to provide further comment at this time.
