Sadly Sam didn’t show up to our agreed appointment or respond to a message I sent a little earlier. Hopefully all is well with him, but assuming it is, letting me know he wasn’t coming rather than wasting my time would have been more appreciated.

Sam arrived on time fixed the doors and it was a great price.

Very happy with the work. Sam is responsive and very pleasant to deal with. The work was carried out to a good standard and Sam was really good at pointing out small issues where my input was needed, such as sloping floors affecting how far the door will open without too big a gap when closed. I plan to hire Sam again to fit more doors and stair cladding.

Exceptional workrate, friendliness, flexibility, cleanliness, reliability, perfectionism and 100% trust. Job that should have taken a couple of hours (fitting a door) turned into a day's work as Sam's team realised the fixings, furniture and holes had to be moved to the other side (our fault). Plus cut to fit in a frame that it wasn't designed for. Most carpenters would have got back in the van and left the job but that isn't how Sam and team operate! 12+ hour day with half a thumb cut off (and he carried on working!) and subsequent hours spent in A&E. These guys are unbeatable.
