  We had a leak in our bathroom so we contacted Sam, he arrived within an hour. Sam is very efficient and hard working! I will definitely be recommending Sam to friends and family.

  Replaced thermostat for hot water tank.

  Diagnosed the issue. Explained what my options were. He replaced the thermostat valve of the hot water tank. And the hot water started to work again! Fab! I chose Sam due to the very good reviews he has received. If you choose him dont be worried about reliability, getting the work done and honesty and good value. Thanks again Sam.

  Brilliant. He turned up on time, and was courteous and professional. My OAP Mother in Law was very impressed. The price he quoted was the price we paid and cannot find any fault in the quality of work. Highly recommend for plumbing, cheers matey :-)

  Leaking radiators and filter for boiler

  Sam is an amazing plumber found him on Checkatrade when we first bought our house and had plumbing issues. He is very honest reliable and very reasonable. Explains the issues very clearly and the work which will be needed to carried out. He is very clean tidy and his work is always completed to a high standard. Sam is on speed dial whenever we have any plumbing or boiler issues and regularly carries out our service. Being teachers it is difficult to find time and he is very flexible to accommodate our timings and needs. 100% Highly recommend.
