Poor. First they cancelled the scheduled date on the day of, and rescheduled for week later. Then charged 2 ½ hrs for what is a very simple job (1hr at a stretch). A full hr of this was going out to pick up a piece of 15mm copper pipe and a basic fitting, things that any plumber would have in their van. Was charged an hr basically for a standard restocking of supplies that should be done on the company’s time,
Not the client. So a £80-140 job was invoiced £225 VAT. After complaining was give a goodwill discount and had to pay £200.
