Poor. First they cancelled the scheduled date on the day of, and rescheduled for week later. Then charged 2 ½ hrs for what is a very simple job (1hr at a stretch). A full hr of this was going out to pick up a piece of 15mm copper pipe and a basic fitting, things that any plumber would have in their van. Was charged an hr basically for a standard restocking of supplies that should be done on the company’s time, Not the client. So a £80-140 job was invoiced £225 VAT. After complaining was give a goodwill discount and had to pay £200.

Excellent customer service and work, highly recommend. We have had a radiator removed and two vertical radiators installed in different rooms. There were a few issues with delivery (not their fault) but Helen was really helpful and apologetic. The work was carried out by Agostin, and he had to swap his appointments around to accommodate the late arrival of the radiators. He was very polite, the work carried out was of a high standard and left everything tidy afterwards. Excellent service from all and would highly recommend.

once again they have provided an excellent service to maintain the boiler that they installed. thoroughly recommend !!

Sam serviced our boiler and was very friendly. His response to my initial request was very quick. I’ll be using his services again in future :)
