Although the appointment had to be rescheduled….(no one’s fault) i was kept informed throughout. Sam arrived on time and was helpful and efficient. Have used this company for the last few years and certainly wouldn’t change.

Sam was great...got to work and solved the problem we had with a leak in our bathroom really quickly. He left everything lovely and tidy afterwards too... recommended!

Plumber arrived at confirmed time, polite and tidy appearance. Skilled , efficient and knowledgeable worker. Carried out new shower installation in a timely manner with no disruption to household. Cleaned up and removed all rubbish.

Office staff and engineers very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A fault was resolved over the telephone, I was sent a video enabling me to correct a fault on the boiler. The engineer carried out my annual service on the boiler. I have been with them for three years and I am very happy with their expertise , helpfulness and speedy assistance when needed.

We had a new shower installed. It was a very neat job and it was all left clean and tidy. Kevin was very friendly and efficient.

Sam did a fantastic job. Very professional, efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
