5.67 House removals

I asked for a 7.5 ton vehicle. Quite clearly stating anything smaller won’t be suitable as my belongings also included 2 small 6’ sheds and contents. I was talked into a smaller van + 3 men for under £400 to be done in less than a day. They took 2 days and gave me the bill £1350.00. Dear Julie, we’re concerned by your feedback. To clarify £380 was our minimum 4-hour fee, not a total quote. You chose an hourly rate for a job that grew to include packing your belongings and dismantling and assembling your furniture and sheds While we planned for one day, we returned for a second day only because you lost access to the new property during the first round. The final bill reflects the actual hours worked per our agreement. We have full records of these requests and aim for total transparency. Sam Removals just did our house packing and move. They were super reliable, and flexible. Though I haven't unpacked all boxes, I have not come across anything broken.
