  Loft conversion / extension

  Samform builders recently added a new bedroom to our property by lowering a high ceiling in a downstairs room, and converting the roof space above. It was a complex job in an old building and the guys had to work in some fairly horrid conditions at times! The level of workmanship was exceptional and the whole team were very professional and a joy to have around! All of the staff used on the job were either employed by Sam directly or had long standing partnerships with him and he managed and oversaw all components. We would highly recommend Sam and his team and will use them again ourselves.

  Single story extension with a balcony roof to the front of the house

  Sam from Samform builders built a beautiful extension to the front of our house giving us a larger lounge with bifold doors and a roof top balcony . Sam’s team are all professional trades men and cover every aspect I would highly recommend Samform Builders

  Extension

  Sam from Samform Builders built a 36sqm wraparound extension for my Parent-In-Laws house. The extension was needed to create a downstairs living area due to recent inmobility. Midway into the build, my father in law sadly passed away. Sam worked all hours to complete the build so that my mother in law had a beautiful living space.   Large single story extension to side of our bungalow.

  We highly recommend Sam, who was available throughout the build. Sam made all arrangements for the tradesmen brought in for the project, from clearance of old buildings and initial groundwork to the building, roofing, plastering, plumbing and electrical work. All work was carried out to a high standard and kept well to time despite just minor delays due to weather. All our additional requests were welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. I had feared such works would be stressful, but Sam dealt calmly and ressasuringly with any issues that arose.

  Kichen/diner single story extension

  Initially the build went well. The trades were on site the building progressed quickly. It started at the beginning of January. During the build the owner went on holiday 4 times causing some delays in progressing the build. We agreed a price and paid the majority of it before the final build finished. There was an additional invoice given which we had a query on.

  The client did not receive his free written estimate because the company was on its summer holidays for three weeks. This review was written whilst the company was closed and we apologise for any misunderstanding or upset this may have caused.
