New electric boiler installation

My daughters twelve year old heat pump had failed and the cost of a new one was rediculously high she couldn't claim for a grant. As there was no gas at the premises an electric boiler seemed the only alternative.We were recommended to contact Perlo Ltd a local company who visited my daughters flat and made a recommendation for a replacement electric boiler. We were presented with a quotation and work started on the 22nd January. The job was completed in day with some final adjustments on the following day. Everything went to plan and she has heating at last, Sergio Perner was very helpful.

Fixing Appliances

Sergio came out promptly and fixed two appliances that might otherwise have had to be replaced. He was courteous, helpful and extremely patient with the problems which required a lot of skill. He also advised on a lighting issue. His charges were very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Checking on an extractor fan

His handling of the job was excellent from start to finish - very friendly, kept me informed of arrival plans etc. Then, what I thought would involve a replacement turned out to be a simple issue with a fuse, and this was quickly fixed. Instead of charging a minimum fixed rate, he just charged a nominal amount for his time. Would definitely engage again.

Contacted me immediately after I requested a quote on Checkatrade. Arranged to do the job the next day. Arrived on time to perform the job. Explained everything that needed to be done. Did an excellent job for a good price.
