  Have used SAM for a number of years now for work to our home and 3 rental properties. Quick response, aways answers the phone or calls back and arranges to attend and then quotes for the job. Work carried out to a high standard, competitive prices. Highly recommend.

  Excellent communication from arranging to quote to providing my certificates and invoice. The quote was comprehensive and accurate and on time with the correct details as discussed. The installation went to plan as agreed and completed to a high standard of professionalism and care to on job tidiness. I could just give him my house keys and trust he will be busy working even when I can't be there. His paperwork and certificates and invoice was provided personally with an explanation to the detail. I was left feeling I had chosen a trades person at the top of their trade. For the first time.
