  Fixing under-sink leaking pipe

  Brad responded with a phone call almost immediately after I posted my issue on Checkatrade and he came to fix the problem within 90 minutes. He explained up front the charge and has given a guarantee that he'll return without charge if the problem recurs in the next six months. With such excellent communication and speedy service, I would happily recommend him.

  Leaking toilet pipe

  Brad contacted me immediately after I put request for quote thru checkatrade. Immediately gave me quote and time on phone and by text. He came that afternoon. Fitted new pipe connected to toilet pan. Very efficient, very pleasant and very reasonable price. I remembered him from before when had leaking bath taps. I had no hesitation in giving him the job. My 1st caller was an 0800 number and I was suspicious and declined. I do not trust any tradesmen but I do trust Brad. His service is professional and he's a very decent person. Highly recommend.

  Bath, shower and radiator fitting

  Brad was always on time, messaging when 10-20 minutes away. His work was carried out accurately, offering advice on extras- suggested that a pump might be required to increase shower pressure and came back to fit that when we found it was needed. All left clean and tidy when finished.

  Brad was on time, really friendly and job was done like we expected. Help us to chose right size of unit etc. highly recommend him , we will use him again as we planned to replace a bath and for a shower soon
