Sam & Sons attended our business to do some gutter cleaning, they were very friendly and let us know what they needed to do the work and just got on with it. They were quick and professional and they did some extra little jobs free of charge . Job location: RH10Contacted this company for a quotation and was given an appointment for a quotation, they then phoned and cancelled that appointment, so booked another one which was also cancelled and then was booked for the next day between 9.30 and 10.00am. No-one turned up so I phoned their mobile, got no answer, left voicemail and also text asking why no-one had turned up and why no-one had contacted me. To date have had no answer to either phone call or text. Not a way to run a business and I am surprised they have any work at all if they treat customers this way. They should not be on checkatrade.
