Salmon Building did a wonderful job on my very awkward attic bathroom. It's gorgeous. - A brilliant eye for use of space, Toby has great ideas - Excellent communication; whole team always pleasant and a joy to interact with. - House was always secure; I was confident leaving them at my property while away. - Specialists were brought in eg plasterer, electrician etc - Building Control were v satisfied on all points - Snags were addressed at the end Minor issue: In future I'll have floor protection put down, as building work inevitably involves a lot of machinery and general bumps and scrapes.

Toby, Sean and the rest of his team of skilled workers completed converting our garage room and downstairs cloakroom into a wet room with adjoining bedroom and a built in desk, to the highest standard. Toby provided us with such tradesmen professionalism from the drafting of what we wanted, navigating our requests for adjustments to the plan, transparent costs with breakdowns, to clear communication both verbally and in writing throughout. I highly recommend Toby’s company. In addition Toby is a great person to know and have a few jokes along the way!!!

Really happy with the work carried out by Toby and his team. They were very professional, talked through options, had clear pricing, kept me informed throughout the work on progress & time frames, and were accommodating when I requested additional work. The results look spectacular. Will definitely be using this company again for renovation work.
