Salihan did a brilliant job with a serious rat problem at one of my properties. He came out quickly, explained exactly what was going on, and put a clear plan in place. Within a week the issue was completely resolved, and it hasn’t come back since. He was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout. As a landlord, it’s a huge relief to have someone you can trust with this kind of problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

EXCELLENT. Sali contacted me by Text informing me that he could attend, later that day with the time of his attendance. Following my instruction for him to attend, he then sent me a text detailing and explaining everything he needed me to do to prepare for his attendance. Because of the short notice for this emergency, I hadn't quite finished removing items out of the affected room. It didn't bother Sali, he has a very calm manner and gave me a hand before he started his work.. Nothing was any bother to him.

Knowledgeable, punctual, polite. He explained the issues we have that resulted in a mouse getting inside our property and proceeded to seal everything. Too early to tell but am happy with the work and the amount of patches he did for a very reasonable price. Thanks Sali.
