When I went into the shop, I purchased an integrated electric cooker. within three days it was all fitted not only that they went above and beyond because my electrics wasn’t that good they put New amps in my plugs they explained everything to me. they explained how to use the cooker they turned it on for about 20 minutes so all the fumes and things were all okay. The two gentlemen what came to fit the cooker was absolutely fantastic. I recommend this company to anybody.

The shop was very helpful and clear with the options. Engineer was very helpful too.

We asked what we thought would be a tough question - find us a replacement fridge/freezer and deliver two days before Christmas. Adam took our call and was so courteous and helpful, and arranged for a new appliance to be delivered the following morning for our 95 year old mum. The whole service from initial call to completed installation and removal of broken device took 19 hours! Fantastic, where the high street names couldn’t help before Christmas, Sale Appliances had been and gone. Thanks so much, great company.

My dishwasher packed up awhile ago. Having the Checkatrade brochure, I was able to choose an appropriate engineer to come and repair it. He duly arrived and identified the pump as the source of the problem and replaced it. The next day, after running it that night, the same problem occurred. I checked the instruction book and found that the problem pointed to a blockage in the waste system. This I corrected and ran the machine empty with a descalent added. Since then , it has run trouble free. I contacted the firm with the news and they very kindly offered to refund £50 of the bill back to me.

Really fast, efficient and friendly. Would defo use these guys again.
