I’ve used Arman for over 10 years now. He is the most personable and honest tradesman I know. He will carefully assess the situation and give you all options available to you (not just the option that will make him the most money). He is very reliable and efficient. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Arman will always prioritise emergency calls and when he sets an appointment he is always on time. We had never had to revisit anything he has fixed or worked on for us. When he leaves, the place he worked is always tidy and clean.

Arman came and looked at all the work that needed to be done. And commented that a few things that we thought needed to be changed could be reused because they were in good condition.. he completely changed all the white sanitary wear in the bathroom and re-tiled the bathroom. Because his work was so good., we also gave him the job of changing the heating system. He could have easily said that system needed an overhaul, but once he had a look at the system, he told us it just needed Maintenence.So it turned out that he did more work for much less than the other quotes we had received! AMAZING

Arman helped us diagnose a tricky central heating problem. He was very dedicated and was able to replace a diverter valve and install a new radiator. Great communication throughout. Fair cost for the work. Will not hesitate to use him again.

I have been using the service of this company many times both in my home and in my tenant’s flat, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and professionalism they delivered. In my own house, they quickly and efficiently resolved a stubborn sink blockage that had been an ongoing issue. Their thorough approach ensured the problem was fully cleared without any mess or disruption. They also addressed issues with the washing machine, identifying and fixing the cause of the drainage and connection problems, allowing it to function like new. My tenants were happy too.

Arman is always efficient, tidy, safe a d fair and always ontime to finish every job no matter how small or big. He is always super friendly and approachable, no wonder we have been asking him for help for 6 years now. There is nothing he cannot do!
