  Multiple times let down

  Brilliant fitting. Really bad aftercare. We have an issue with the mechanism. Meaning we have locked ourselves out a number of times, with a young daughter inside. Lee has committed to visiting to look at the issue 3 times, and has not arrived on any of these occasions. No message, no apology. Great work initially, really really poor service afterwards.

  Had my windows installed by lee and Simon .have health issues so needed individual areas to be fitted at set times .they were so accommodating and polite.would recommend them to anyone.great job and thank you.

  In spite of the weather Safe Home Windows provided a very professional service at all stages of our project from the original quote through to clearing up afterwards. Prompt in their attendance they were very attentive to our changing requirements as things outside of the original brief cropped up and were flexible in their approach. At all times friendly we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and we will certainly use them again if the need arises

  Friendly professional window fitter providing quality results at a competitive price!

  Lee replaced a roof window for me that had completely rotten (frame and sill). He contacted me promptly (when I submitted my request in Checkatrade app) and was quick to come around to assess (take measurements) and provided me with a competitively priced quote and rough idea of timescales. The window was installed very quickly and efficiently with little disruption, which I was surprised about as access to the window is a bit awkward. Lee was very polite, friendly and seemed to do a great job, would definitely recommend!
