  Replaced a small triple glazed window in our en-suite.

  I had to change the fitting date to today as the new window did not arrive until yesterday. Lee was vey accommodating. Lee arrived bang on time, and is a decent bloke. The window that I ordered was slighter smaller than the gap. Lee just cracked on with the job and solved the problem. The new window now fits and looks great. No mess, no fuss. P. I will definitely use Lee again if I require an experienced window and door fitter.

  A quick and reliable Tradesman

  Lee from Safe Home Windows replaced a double glazed window for me. I couldn’t have had a better experience. From measuring up to fitting Lee was efficient, friendly and value for money. He responded quickly to my questions and completed the job without any problems. It was a great service.

  I would highly recommend Lee! He turned up the next day to fit a broken window pane. Good communication, turned up on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after himself.

  Front door wasn’t shutting properly and wouldn’t lock

  Extremely quick response to job advert, came within an hour. Kept us in the loop with what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. Provided a new lock, ensured everything was working before finishing job. Offered to keep in contact for any aftercare advice. Saves us from a very expensive & stressful full door replacement. Very happy

  Multiple times let down

  Brilliant fitting. Really bad aftercare. We have an issue with the mechanism. Meaning we have locked ourselves out a number of times, with a young daughter inside. Lee has committed to visiting to look at the issue 3 times, and has not arrived on any of these occasions. No message, no apology. Great work initially, really really poor service afterwards.
