We gained confidence in Steve from his first visit. He absolutely understood our needs, shared different ideas for the hardware and installation. He and Chris completed the work in good time, were mindful of keeping the place clean. Steve helped us understand and use the linked app. Very patient teacher, non jargon explanations.
