Carried out a walk around before starting to match quotation/survey information to the location of PIRs and sensors. Good explanation of how the sensors work, zoning and control panel would work in practice. Full test undertaken during commissioning. Full explanation of how system operated and full written instructions provided. Agreed one PIR not needed so will be taken off the balancing payment.
