Albert is reliable and professional and everything happened to time and as he said it would. He responded swiftly when the job on the dormers revealed problems elsewhere in the roof. The on-site team where led by the excellent Liam, who did excellent work including problem solving the unexpected, The team were nice and respectful which as an older single woman was much appreciated. In September 2023 we had a complete new £40K roof. We were happy with the roof but the 10 solar panels were removed and replaced and left not working for 4 months. In January a third party resolved the issue. They were wrongly wired. I would not recommend this company to anyone with solar panels.

I noticed roughly 20-30 broken slate around my chimney and damaged lead. I found Safeguard roofing and building on check-a-trade, within 48 hours a member of the team had come out, looked at the work, give me a quote and booked me in the diary. When work was carried out, the team arrived at the time stated in the morning, worked very hard all day long and was incredibly polite to me and my wife. They even advise on some other work needing doing and we have since had this booked in over how impressed we was. Look forward to seeing them again. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Albert and the team were very professional the whole way throughout. They always kept me updated on the work that was undertaken, everyone of the team were very polite. The quotation was very reasonable for the work that was done, Albert was a very trustworthy tradesmen and I will definitely be using again in the future. Highly recommended.
