Excellent service. The plumber was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Fitted a replacement boiler for me and there were no hidden costs and great communication throughout. Removed the old unit, and installed the new boiler efficiently and in just over a day and a half. Everything was tested and working perfectly before they left, and the area was left clean. Highly recommended.

Jon inspected our boiler which had been making some worrying sounds. He was very professional and polite, and after inspecting the boiler thoroughly, he explained clearly to us what was causing the fault so that we felt very informed at all times. He advised us on the cost of repair, explaining the pros and cons of the options presented. He was not pushy in any way, but we agreed that based on his advice, it would be best to replace the boiler. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are very happy with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon to family and friends.

It was time for my boiler service. Jon arrived exactly on time and did a thorough job. Always polite and full of knowledge, Jon is my first port of call for any plumbing or gas needs.

John came when he said he would and completed the job with the minimum amount of disruption. Very pleased with the new boiler and John’s work.

Jon worked really hard to see if he could save my old boiler which had a leak, and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. He was open and honest about whether the repairs were worth doing considering the age of my boiler, but didn't push me into making any decisions. When I decided a new boiler was the way to go, he was quick and efficient and had my heating back on asap. He was friendly and reliable and I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I like that Jon changed the position of the boiler, from where the previous boiler was, to reduce wasted space in that room.
