The companies I have contacted through Checkatrade were not able to give me a quote. I did receive visits which gave the companies first hand information about what I needed to make the shower suitable for my disabled wife to get into the shower on a wheeled shower-chair. However, I received a quote from a company which I did not find on Checkatrade. They have given me a quote and the work will be done shortly. Thanks to Checkatrade and all the companies which I have contacted.

I got a call today with a response to my email and a plumber was sent out within the next couple hours. Not only was he patient when we'd realised there was a miscommunication between me and my housemates and we hadn't bought the tap we needed - he also helped us remove some shelves in our living room as he noticed we were struggling (completely for free). Very professional and helpful!

Safe Gas installed a Worcester Bosch Green Star Combi boiler for me in 2011, which gave me 14 years of almost trouble free service [one call out in 14 years] This year it sadly had to be replaced; Safe Gas came to the rescue with a Worcester Bosch Green Star 4000 a modernised and more efficient replacement, fully installed and running sweetly, within 3 working days of the old boiler failing. The combination of Worcester Bosch hardware with the well rehearsed friendly and professional Safe Gas installations team seems pretty unbeatable to me.

Safe Gas were really quick at getting in and installing a new combi boiler for us within a week of our old one breaking. Reliable, communicative and efficient, would recommend.
