Excellent service. Hard working, polite and careful installers, who went the extra mile without complaint.

We had a new boiler installed which was done quickly and cleanly. We then had problems with the Hive device but SafeGas sent someone round who quickly got it al set up for us. We also had a blocked drain from the boiler, within 2 hours of someone identifying the problem, SafeGas were able to send someone out to fix it with a solution which was convenient and quick!

The companies I have contacted through Checkatrade were not able to give me a quote. I did receive visits which gave the companies first hand information about what I needed to make the shower suitable for my disabled wife to get into the shower on a wheeled shower-chair. However, I received a quote from a company which I did not find on Checkatrade. They have given me a quote and the work will be done shortly. Thanks to Checkatrade and all the companies which I have contacted.

I got a call today with a response to my email and a plumber was sent out within the next couple hours. Not only was he patient when we'd realised there was a miscommunication between me and my housemates and we hadn't bought the tap we needed - he also helped us remove some shelves in our living room as he noticed we were struggling (completely for free). Very professional and helpful!
