  Wall and Loft insulation - Few problems but basically OK

  I had both loft and wall insulation done. Although the work was carried out well to a professional standard, there were a couple of problems along the way - particularly regarding the loft insulation. The wall insulation was completed in the agreed 2 days and tidied up thoroughly afterwards. The loft took longer than the scheduled 2 days - partly due to the working finishing 2.30 on both days. He managed to disturb the TV aerial connection and could not fix it - we had to get someone else in to do that. It then took anothere 3 days and a different worker before completed.

  SEF - A great team and will use again.

  Having the work completed by SEF was simple and easy to organise. Jon gave a professional and friendly service from the start. We discussed what I wanted and needed and quickly got the work booked in. The team turned up on the day. Completed the work without any fuss and cleaned up (very well) before leaving. They were both polite, friendly and respectful.

  Cavity Wall insulation removal, installation and loft insulation

  We had been suffering from a cold, damp and drafty house since we moved in over 10 years ago. After the cold of winter 2025, we decided that we had enough and needed to do something. Jon reached out to us, explained the process and helped us understand what was going to be done. It was a quick and easy decision to go ahead and have no regrets. Jon and the team did an excellent job of removing the existing foam sheeting insulation, installing new bead insulation and then installing insulation into the roof so we are covered from top to bottom now. Thank you for all the hard work!
