Joe was very good at communicating and we had regular updates as the work was taking place. Although the job started later than planned Joe and his team worked hard to complete the job . My only gripe was the tidying up after was not great by the roofers and the scaffolders. However overall a good experience

Although the weather delayed the job starting Joe and his team were very efficient and completed the work in good time. Joe and his team were polite and courteous. We are pleased with the work they have done however the tidying up at the end could of been more thorough .

Joe and his team arrived promptly every day to carry out their work. They were very professional, polite and informative at all times. They took pictures of their work which kept us informed of their progress and quality of their workday by day on our WhatsApp group.their quote was honest and fair with no hidden cost. The quality of their work was first class and they cleared up. every day meticulously. I would fully recommend them if you are looking for an honest team of men who would do an excellent job for you. We would highly recommend Joe and his team. Extremely trustworthy, excellent communication, very understanding & above all honest in their assessment & recommendations. Throughout the job they have been responsive and approachable from start to finish. They gave us a fair quote without incurring any further or hidden costs. Despite a very challenging job in a three story Victorian house, they were extremely professional and capable. Photos were provided at each stage of the completion of works with updates. They were extremely organised, quick and clean. Would highly recommend them.

Joe and the team priced up the job very quickly and offered very competitive pricing. Offered a more aesthetically pleasing GRP roof over EPDM and supplied photo examples before hand. Fitted us in promptly and completed the work within the specified time frame. Always polite and courteous. Work was to a very high standard and worked late to get it completed when weather held them back at times. Would use Safe Roofing again

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Photos were provided at each stage of the completion of works. Very friendly and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate to use again and to recommend to other people with roof repair issues.
