His first visit to my home to give me a quote for job, the Man took his work shoes off before he went into my lounge to respect my home, he gave me a price and a date to which I was very happy with, he came bang on time set all his equipment up and moved the section settee so he could work on each item he explained everything to me what he was going to do, what a very pleasant man, he was at my home for nearly 3 hours and did a fantastic job, he asked me to check it all over before he packed his equipment away, 100% very happy well done 5 star rating
