Hit a potential curveball during my new home purchase in a Listed property. Textured covering to ceilings; vendors unable to confirm whether it contained asbestos, as it pre-dated their tenure. Old Mill renovated into apartments in 1994. Contacted Saddleworth Environmental Services via Checkatrade on the Friday. Spoke with Rob the following Monday with a view to an Asbestos Survey. He advised me that I only needed to know if asbestos was present and didn't need a report, so he saved me ££££s. Samples were taken the following Saturday, results back Thursday. None present. Fabulous service.

From start to finish the service Rob provided was brilliant. Responded to emails quickly, came out and tested immediately and removed the two asbestos ceilings we had the next week. He was quick, efficient, friendly and super clean. He was very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

Rob and Graham couldn't have been better with getting our ceiling tested from asbestos. Thankfully it came back negative but prior to that it was explained to us what the process would be it turned out to be positive. Would definitely use again if we need to.

Really quick response, we were worried we had asbestos containing artex and Robin advised a test to check as he thought it wasn't the case. Other companies just gave us a large quote for removal. Robin was correct and the test came back negative. Really prompt service and the specialist who came out to test was very polite.
