Damp course in front and rear ground floor rooms and subsequent plastering.

SA Damp Solutions responded quickly and gave me a clear and reasonable price for the proposed damp course and plastering work. The also investigated and rectified the sloping floor in the front room. They carried out the work efficiently and tidied up after the work was complete. The quality of the work was first rate and both rooms are much improved as a result. Would thoroughly recommend.

Damp proofing and replaster

My experience was amazing from start to finish. Stu responded to me really quickly and came to investigate the damp. He knew immediately that the problem was rising damp and was able to book me in within a couple of week. The job took 3 days in total. Team was great and left the house super clean afterwards. I had a slight problem with electrical sockets after the plastering was complete so messaged and was sent an electrician to fix the issue within an hour or two. Also 10/10 communication throughout.

Solved the damp problem and restored our home.

Stuart is so knowledgeable and reliable. We live in a Victorian house that was plagued with damp issues. Stuart sourced the problem and him and his team worked so hard to resolve it. We had new joists, damp course, air vents and re plastering work. We also had a PIV unit in the loft which promotes healthy air flow through the house which has been a game changer in preventing condensation. Stuart also sources reliable and skilled professionals for the electrical and joinery work replacing sockets and skirting boards. We are so pleased with the work and highly recommend.

Dry rot investigation and treatment

The most reliable and trustworthy company. Expertise, knowledge and attention to detail. Extremely responsive throughout whole process. The job was completed to high standard and was reasonably priced. Stu is a lovely fella and so so helpful. We had him back for other jobs we needed doing and the same reliability and quality was maintained throughout several other jobs. Can’t recommend enough !! 10/10 service. Will 100% use again, and highly recommend.

Damp Coursing and Plastering Bay Windows

From start to finish everything was checked and explained for the work that needed doing in the house. After booking a date the work was carried out on time and no issues. Work included Damp Course Membrane on the area's needed treatment and replastering the wall. They also replaced the Airbricks as they were filled and blocked. New Skirting boards fitted to replace the damaged ones. Any other issues we will definitely use again.
