Fantastic service start to finish. Jason got back to me immediately when I requested a job. He was quick, efficient, courteous and exceptionally priced. Both he and his apprentice Matthew were extremely professional and well mannered. Job was done to a high spec and solved the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend Sach Audio and Visual for all your AV needs.

Jason did an excellent job installing my system. He managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule and completed all the work to a very good standard. He even brought some of his team along to make sure everything was done efficiently. Jason was professional, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was happy with the setup before leaving. All in all, very good service — highly recommend!

From the start Jason kept me up to date. He came around to see if he could easily sort out why my tv had no signal. Spent some time checking everything and concluded needed a new booster on the digital aerial. That was ordered that evening and the next day he fitted it and everything is now working. Excellent service and honest rates. Why can’t all trades people be so efficient?!

Jason and his apprentice were polite. Jason did some good analysis to find out why I couldn't receive any ITV channels. The dish was repositioned and some coax cable terminals were remade. I can now get a dood picture on all channels including the ITV ones. Highly recommend.

I bought a new tv and connected my Sky box but Sky tv still didn’t work. I called Sky and they couldn’t solve my problem over the phone (and they don’t send engineer for that). I asked Jason for help and he was able to help me over the phone.. He diagnosed the problem and guided me step by step - it was very easy with his help and my Sky tv is working. Excellent and friendly service- highly recommended.

Jason competently installed a CCTV system and alarm. It looks smart aesthetically and works well. A job well done!
