I emailed Eileen and within a couple of hours the engineer was booked to come out within a couple of days! Once out the issue was promptly resolved and they were clear on what needed to be done. I’ve used them twice now for different problems and on both occasions they went above and beyond and fixed the issues efficiently. They add a personal touch and care about their clients.
