All the team are courteous, friendly, hard working & tidy. We were kept informed throughout. Timescales were met (the only delay was due to weather, which is understandable). The plasterers in particular were extremely good, clean, tidy & reliable & left everywhere spotless. I am happy with the overall job & would recommend as I feel the company are trustworthy. The only niggle is that I hoped to have some edging re-fitted after the skirting boards were replaced. Unfortunately after the job was finished they never got back to me over this. 2 men to fix a roof leak and a few other minor roof repairs, plus cleaning of the house render. They got on with the job and completed it with minimum disruption. Good to deal with, and reasonable cost. What a great response and service. I had water leaking from my roof into my bedroom with no loft access. I was contacted straight away and the guys came early next morning. I was given videos and photos of the work needing doing and they sorted it straight away. I was given photos of the repair work and given a 2 year guarantee for peace of mind. Roofer came out same day to make ridge tiles safe which had been dislodged during high winds. He came back a couple of days later (when the roan had stopped) to point the remainder of the ridge tiles. Very efficient service.Verified reviewerJob location: L4
