Based in the north of London we are a small team of two assessors (Sevket & Ezgi) and combined we have 15 years of experience conducting risk assessments.

We are experienced, highly professional, fully insured fire safety consultants. Our services cover residential and commercial properties and businesses in all London boroughs.

We at SAAY follow approved guidelines including The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the building regulations. Our Fire Risk Assessments are conducted following the PAS 79 (1&2) 2020 guideline.

We know buying and selling property can be a traumatic experience thus to prevent delay to exchange of contract or completion where documents are required for a flat sale, we can produce reports within two to three working days. As an express service reports can be sent to you within 24-48 hours of the assessment if required.

Our Fire Consultancy services may include guidance on fire safety design on new or existing buildings, refurbishment projects or to satisfy Building Regulations.

We also can assist on D12 London Plan applications - (All major development proposals should be submitted with a Fire Statement.)

SAAY can assist you on all fire safety matters including Enforcement Notices and Prohibition Notices served by the Local Fire Authority. We will explore cost effective and acceptable solutions to satisfy the local fire authority.
