Professional, courteous and communicative. They were able to talk through what information would be gathered by drone, on the day the team ran everything smoothly. The building is in a busy street and they had marshalls keeping the area safe and explaining to people what was going on. I hired Mark as i had a couple of leaks in the property and wanted to be sure what areas required attention before commissioning a roofer. The whole process was efficient and safe with no disruption to myself or my property. He was able to capture clear images and videos of hard to reach areas, showing cracks, missing tiles and areas of wear and tear. This detailed assessment gave me the confidence to know exactly what issues needed attention and therefore peace of mind. We needed to assess, after the various storms, whether there were works that may be required to fix our roof. We hadn’t had any leaks or damp but just wanted assurance by seeing what (if any) works may be needed. Mark and his team rapidly understood our requirements, provided a cost effective quote, demonstrating qualifications to fly drones, insurances. He also provided an example report so we could see what we would get after the inspection - it was very detailed and helped us plan for some minor repairs. Please note we are NOT a RICs surveying company but capture data for surveyors, building firms and roofing firms to validate the data that we capture. We do not carry out internal inspections, nor reparations that are identified when inspecting/surveying but have a roofing partners should you need that service too.
We DO work with a RICs Surveyor who can independently review, at an additional rate, the aerial inspections that we carry out so they are prepared for insurance renewals and where RICs approval is required.
