After our boiler failed on Christmas Day Ryan came out and sorted it all out for us. His was with as soon as he could (27th) and then fixed the problem. Ryan was the only one who answered to us that day, didn’t charge excessive prices given the time of year and we are very grateful to him (and so glad he did!)

Despite being delayed on the previous job we were telephoned to advise expected time of arrival which was achieved. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired providing us the a warm home. Excellent service provied and good communication skills.

Ryan was really friendly and helpful. Serviced our boiler efficiently and answered several other plumbing related questions. He was able to come next working day for a routine service and fit in with our timings.

We're really pleased that we chose a smaller local company for our boiler replacement. We got a lot of quotes from national providers to local companies of all sizes. Ryan really thought through what was needed to improve the whole system rather than just repeat the errors of the previous installers. We ended up paying less than our neighbours who went for a lower estimate, but had to pay for 'extras' and have had lots of issues. Ryan honoured his quote, overcame the issues you always find with older houses and did a really excellent job. He's coming back to do our bathrooms.

Ryan and James did a great job on my air source heat pump system , plenty of experience and they took their time with the job , not just a quick say we done it work. On the other hand they both was really friendly and didn't mind answering questions. Definitely will use them in the futura

Ryan gave an excellent, very reasonable, quote and was thorough in setting out the work required after his inspection. He was so helpful and gave advice about where to buy new and where to repair. I’m so grateful to him for going the extra mile to ensure all the plumbing was in full working order for the move in . Highly recommended
