Ryan kindly offered to pay us a visit to inspect the boiler which I initially thought experienced a fault, even though his usual working van stopping working, he still agreed to pop in later during the evening. Ryan was very informative, knowledgeable and serviced the boiler quickly and promptly. We will definitely be using Ryan for our annual servicing and quite possibly for any other house projects needing plumbing work!

Ryplum replied to my phone request quickly. He came within 24 hours and did an inspection to work out what was wrong. He went to collect parts and then came back and fitted them. He was helpful and gave advice about running the system. I had heating about three hours after he first arrived. It was a job well done.

Ryan came to fix our boiler, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it needed to be done. His attention to detail and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. I will definitely be booking him again when it’s time to service the boiler. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with oil not getting through to our boiler, and another heating engineer told us there must be a blockage and we’d need a new tank/ temporary tank set up for now. I contacted Ryan mainly to get a quote for a new tank. He came out quickly, and after discussing the new tank, he offered to look at the current tank/ pipes/ valves/ filters etc., and see if he could sort the problem. He was here in darkness and rain until after 7pm, until he solved the issue and he got us back up and running- we have heating again! Ryan was friendly and knowledgable, I would absolutely recommend.
