I first used Ryan the Plumber for a few odd plumbing jobs around my house. I was so impressed with them, their professionalism and attention to detail, not like any other company I had used previously. I was so impressed with them that I also appointed the company for my bathroom refurb, they were faultless and gave me the exact finished result I’d asked for, I’m obsessed with my new bathroom! As well as this, the company recently fitted me a new boiler which i’ll be 100% using them for my annual service. Fantastic company, thanks so much!

At first they quoted me 1200 GBP for a job that I was quoted 500 GBP, but I was desperate to be carried out ASAP. Anyway, they dropped the price to 600 GBP and do part of the job next day. They turned up, did the pipe work but they never did the testing. 2 weeks later still nothing. One Friday evening Ryan turns up, did the testing and a pipe had an issue. He said I will be back on Monday or Tuesday and I have not seen him since. The worst thing is that they tell ne they will call me back and they don't. Today after 3 weeks they started the job message to tell me that they are busy. Terrible
