Ryan did a fantastic job repairing our roof. He replaced the cement collar, fixed a few missing tiles, and installed a new downpipe – all completed to a high standard. He was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. The work was done efficiently and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan for any roofing jobs – reliable and trustworthy!

Ryan is our go-to for any roof issues we have. He is communicative and reliable, and has helped us out now on more than one occasion! Can’t thank him and his brother and dad enough. We have had issues with squirrels accessing our attic, and Ryan did some patch up repairs for us to block their access, working around solar panels. He’s replaced a couple of broken/slipped tiles too, and has even popped over for a quick fix with no charge. So nice to know a tradesman who is honest and doesn’t take advantage of people. If any of my friends or family need a roofer I will recommend Ryan & team.

Contact Ryan on Tuesday evening he was round to have a look on Wednesday and completed the work on Thursday. Checked the tiles and very reasonable price.

After having a very poor roof repair less than 12 months ago ( & noticing early deterioration ) I asked for Ryan to visit to look at the work and see as to whether he could assess the work, offer a solution and a subsequent repair. From the first visit, to the day of the work itself, I cannot praise Ryan and the guys enough. Friendly, professional and informative he has restored my faith in tradesmen. Anyone who has had their faith in tradesmen compromised would do well to reach out to Ryan and his team as I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before & after photos attached.

Moss was removed from the roof and all gutters were checked and cleaned-excellent work

I phoned Ryan, he came later that day. I explained the issue - a minor leak in a bay window roof. He inspected it, explained what he saw and would do. He also took a look at the inside to see the condition of the ceiling. He stated it was a small repair and would call round to fix it within two days. He was as good as his word, I wasn’t home. I was unable to see the repair and contacted him and he said it was all done - just some re-cementing - and asked if I had experienced any leaks after the recent rain; there wasn’t. Ryan was polite and courteous both on the phone and in person.
